Ordering Information

  • For the fastest possible service, it’s best to order online, but please feel free to call us with your order at 323.369.5853, if you prefer. 
  • We accept only the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
  • We must charge sales tax on orders shipped to CA and WA.


Shipping Policies

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS for all continental United States orders, but we require a minimum purchase of $100. Orders under $100 will be charged for shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • For free shipping orders, please allow 72 hours for order processing and 2-5 business days for USPS delivery.
  • Weight-based USPS rates are available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Shipping for all Canadian orders is $15 per shipment for up to 10 pounds, plus an additional $5 for each additional 5 pounds.
  • For orders outside the United States and Canada, please contact one of our International Distributors.
  • We charge a $13 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to the customer’s error. So, if you provide us with an incorrect Zip Code or make another addressing error, such as an incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged a $13 fee, since UPS charges us a fee for this correction.
  • Please note that Overnight and 2nd-Day orders placed after 3:00pm PST will be considered as being placed on the following business day.
  • Use the USPS Web site to track your package with the tracking number that is emailed to you. If you do not receive notification via email from USPS with that information, please contact us at nana@nanasolutions.co.
  • USPS does not deliver ground shipments on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
  • We do NOT request or require a signature for any deliveries; however, if you are not home when your package arrives, it is solely up to your delivery person’s discretion whether or not to leave the package without a signature.


Damages

  • If your order is damaged or missing, please contact our Web Store Customer Service Department at 323.369.5853 within 14 days of receiving your order, so that we may replace your item(s).
